All Brides’ Attention: Never Do Exercise with an Empty Stomach


Have you been there? You are going to be married or take your wedding shootings in a few weeks, but you still can’t put yourself into the ideal bridal gown?

Losing some weights before the big day will definitely make you prettier. However, there is a misunderstanding widely among people that people can lose their weights faster if they don’t eat any thing before they go to the gym.  

This is a big mistake. Bride should keep in mind that, though pretty is important, health is the first. Your body needs energy to ensure any parts function well. However, your body will like cars running with no gas.

In fact, there is an healthy tip for the bride. Eating some health food before doing exercises, for example bananas or cereal, can help you maintain a nice body shape.
